In an open letter to a Mexican newspaper a Juarez woman has taken credit for killing two city bus drivers accused of sexual assault.

“Juana la Vengadora,” which translates roughly into Juana the Revenge Taker, the writer says she killed the men because police do little to protect women.

She promised to continue her campaign of violence against “degenerates.”
